cross country camps and coaching clinics for those interested in distance running.

CAMPS
Provide guidance and experience in all areas of distance running. They boast outstanding staffs with small camper-to-coach
ratios; Olympic-class speakers, such as Bob Kennedy and Suzy Favor-Hamilton; and many activities to engage and challenge the

Provide cutting-edge information on coaching techniques and training methods for collegiate and high school distance runners.
In past years the Day of Distance Clinic featured renowned speakers such as Joe Vigil, Jack Daniels and Jim Ryun (seen at right,
chatting with Marcus). In 2009, RunningWorks Day of Distance Clinic featured former Arkansas coach John McDonnell, the most
winning coach in collegiate athletics.
